The same people call me about the same job without remembering they spoke to me. They do not send emails as requested nor reply to emails sent to them. Can hardly speak English. Bunch of amateurs! Avoid them unless you like wasting your time.

Sorry, but they need to invest in people who speak a decent level of English and have better tactics with high calibre candidates. Such unpleasant calls. Felt like I was being interviewed, and so impersonal and unprofessional.

Candidates don't need a recruitment agency. Agencies need the candidate! A tacky back alley agency, with embarrassing call handling skills. Made me cringe.

1.Frequent Salary Cuts: IBSTEC seems to enjoy finding reasons to cut employees' salaries. Whether it's arriving late, not resolving an issue on time, or even missing just one day of work in a month, you can expect a deduction from your paycheck.

2.Strict Fines: The company fines employees for all sorts of things. If you're late, if you can't fix a problem fast enough, or if you're seen doing something unrelated to work—your salary gets cut. This creates a stressful work environment where employees are constantly worried about losing money.

3.No Work-Life Balance: There are no holidays at IBSTEC, not even for national events like Eid or Muharram. Weekends are also off the table—no Saturdays or Sundays off. This leaves employees with little to no time for themselves or their families.

4.Strict Monitoring: IBSTEC goes as far as taking employees' phones during work hours. And if you're caught watching social media or YouTube, you can expect another cut in your salary. The company prioritizes control over trust, which can make the work environment feel suffocating
