Absolutely fantastic service throughout. Andrew Hazeldine dealt with our conveyancing and he was excellent. It was a difficult sale to say the least and he was professional, helpful and gave great communication and was available at all times. He went above and beyond which us a rare thing these days. If you are buying a house, do not hesitate to use Kirwans services! Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Really tough to get hold of them on the phone or via email. Found Sara and Claire (owner?) rude and unhelpful. Wouldn't recommend if you need someone to be quite responsive.

Currently 18 months into Kirwans doing nothing to sell a property left to us in the will of a deceased family member. We will all be dead before Kirwans resolve this matter. Do not use this firm. Worse than useless.

Abysmal treatment of clients. Had two cases of mine, one for over a year and one for over 3 months and they have done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. For the first case, the woman handling it left the business and it wasn't handed over until I enquired about the silence. For the second situation, I had no response from them for three months and then the advice that followed was considered to be completely incompetent by another solictior. Inexcusably bad handling of the cases; they clearly are only looking for straight-forward easy work.

Rang up because I am extremely stuck with an issue for my business. After explaining my worries of what is currently happening he replied with "it won't benefit our company taking on your case" which is absolutely terrible!!
He wouldn't even tell me where else I could go to get hell as again "it wouldn't benefit him"
