Asked for details of property upon seeing the for sale board for at least a week but found it strange that the property wasnt on their website or rightmove. Emailed a general enquiry to be advised that the property was indeed on the market. Asked for the details/brochure which were emailed across. Decided to request a viewing only to see that the guide price had increased by £100k! When I queried I had no apology for this error and was told the incorrect details were sent from 2022 which I found a bit odd, asked for the current version which are literally exactly the same! This experience has made me very quickly loose interest as worried how I could proceed and know exactly what was going on!

She kept me informed regularly about the progress of sales interest and worked hard to achieve the best possible outcome for me. We have recently sold our property through Kivells and overall have been very happy with the service offered by everyone at Kivells.
Our initial contact was with Dan who provided us with a very comprehensive written review of the market in order to explain the proposed marketing price for the house. No other agent provided such a clear explanation.
For the viewings it was Katie and Mark and again we were impressed by their knowledge of our home and the time they were willing to give to show prospective buyers around and answer their questions. Katie’s enthusiasm for our house was definitely contagious and we are sure this rubbed off on people as she showed them around.
Communication from the whole team, including Jack and Katrina was excellent and Sharron has also been very helpful as we have progressed towards exchange of contracts.

Sadly let down by the salesman who did not turn up at the agreed time for a viewing at a property that I had driven 300 miles to view and spent £225 in accommodation costs. I also asked for a plan showing the outline of the plot for sale more than a week ago and have still not received it. I feel thoroughly undervalued by Kivells as a customer and potential buyer. If you arrange a viewing with this office, insist on a confirmatory email from them regarding the viewing time and place so that the salesman has no excuse when he does not turn up. I have certainly not received "outstanding customer service" - quite the opposite.

Kivells are diligent, caring, efficient, responsive, and highly professional. The whole team have been wonderful but particularly Sharron from their sales progression team was absolutely brilliant. I would strongly recommend to anyone. Thank you Kivells
