Honestly would not hesitate to recommend Pete and this company. I called today ( a Sunday!) Pete picked up and had all the time in the world for me. Answered all my questions on a property that we are considering buying and clearly had great in depth knowledge in this profession. If I ever needed them then I'd feel in safe hand with this company
