As part of establishing my local presence in the Wythall area I arranged with Zoe to have a half page advertisement in the local magazine that she publishes. I thought this would be a good way to promote my business and the home visit service that I offer to clients which sets me apart from other local conveyancers and law firms in the area.

I have never done any marketing before and was a bit daunted by the idea of trying to design my own advert and especially as I do not have the time outside of the main business operation to really get this right. However, my concern about that was quickly put to rest as Zoe made the whole process incredibly easy. Within a day of emailing her with a brief idea of what I wanted to promote she had come back to me with a whole design and wording. With a few tweaks and a photo shot the process was done and my name and face was in the local mag.

With the magazine going to every household in the area its incredible value for money and a great way to build my business name. I would definitely recommend Zoe and MS Mags for anyone looking to get a foothold in the local area.

I had a meeting with Zoe from MS Mags to find out whether my business, Life Coaching, would work in her magazine. She advised me to have a look at the magazines to see whether it felt right. She didn’t try to talk me into it or pressure me into any next steps.
The magazines looked great and after finding out a bit more, I was convinced that it would be a good option for me particularly at this time of year.
Then I hit an issue. I have never written any advertising copy before and had no idea where to start! I had a follow up meeting with Zoe and she put me at ease straight away. I sent over the copy I’d managed to cobble together with some photos and she said she’d do the rest. She also advised that she’d help with the copy if we felt it needed ‘tweaking’.
The end result looks amazing and I’m so grateful to Zoe for supporting me through the process of my very first advert. I would absolutely recommend working with Zoe if magazine advertising is something you have been considering.

We at GreenThumb Solihull, have been using Knowle & Dorridge / Solihull Index for several years. We like the Index because we find it' more personal than the local newspaper. We find customers read the Index for information and events in the area and pick up our adverts at the same time. It's a nice colour glossy mag that is nice to have on a coffee table, looks very professional.

I have been advertising in the area for 16 years with lots of different methods and from time to time I have had issues with local advertising companies, for example magazines not going out, leaflets being dumped. I have never had any problems with Zoe and her Index, this year the Index has been one of our main sources of advertising.

We have always had a good flow of leads from the adverts and leaflets. In fact, this year we put out 90,000 leaflets with the Royal Mail and received just two leads. The month before we had 5,000 leaflets put out with the Index and received over 30 leads!
