Please do not waste your time going here. Front lady at desk is a very unhelpful and rude. Will not take time out of her day to book for somebody for a simple witness of a signature. I had called in prior to coming and received a rude tone on the phone, when I arrived she said that I have to make an appointment and I can’t come
at noon like I did due to my lunch being at 12;00 she said everybody’s at lunch. I came here just for a simple witness of a lawyer signature, and they weren’t able to accommodate me for any appointments for the entire week she said. She wasn’t being helpful or giving me any next dates to choose from. It was the strangest thing walking into a business and not receiving any help or care to help.

Michael put both of us at immediate ease on entering his office. He laid out all the issues of both selling & buying our new property in a clear calm manner pointing out certain things I had not even thought about. He proceeded in informing us of how the process was going to run, and walked us both through every step of the journey hand over hand, leaving us both completely knowledgeable in the event.
Extremely professional, expertly organized and ultra polite, he left no question unanswered.

I have dealt with this family business since I moved to Langley over 38 years ago. Over the years, my husband and I worked with Stan Kravetz, then Michael Kravetz and this month I had the occasion to work with Alexandra, the grand-daughter. Alex is the third generation of this Salt Lane business. I found her to be very efficient and highly competent. I also found her to be very warm and caring as well and I think this is a wonderful value in a Notary. Alex also embodied professionalism when I accompanied an elderly lady to the office to make a new will after her husband passed away. I am so happy to see this family business is being passed to a new generation and when I need notarial work done, I'll go here.
