I don’t do reviews as a a rule but for this guy I couldn’t not… Ken was brilliant, from our first phone call until the job was completed. Very thorough but very easy to talk too. Explained things well as we moved through the process and delivered the job promptly.

I can't praise Ken enough for his exceptional service! He was an absolute godsend. After my so-called "builder" removed walls without an engineer's report or any regard for building regulations, I found myself in urgent need of a structural engineer. I contacted several firms, but many had long waiting times. Then I reached out to Ken, and he was able to fit me in the same day!

Ken conducted the inspection exactly as requested and even identified another error the builder had made, which he included in his report. To top it all off, he promised a turnaround time of a few working days for the report, but I received it that very night!

I highly recommend Ken—10/10 service at a great price!

Ken is really efficient came out today to look at a wall I needed knocking through from my kitchen to dining room. Ken measured up all the load calculations for the right steel to be used for the job. Ken was really professional and was willing to answer any of my questions. Ken then went away with all the measurements and sent over all the drawings within the same day, which I was really impressed with.highly recommend I will put the pics on when the job has finished.
