Alex was absolutely brilliant. My macbook keyboard broke on my laptop and Alex was able to order me a new part, and get it all fitted over 1 weekend. He collected and dropped off my laptop to me and was extremely friendly and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend using him!

It was the first time I ever used Alex's services and I have to say he was brilliant. Is a friendly, knowledgeable guy. He gave me prompt response when my MacBook Pro didn't update properly, diagnosed the issues, installed a new OS for me and sorted out the frozen operating system update issue quickly and professionally. It was a very quick and supper reasonable price. I don't hesitate to recommend his services to anyone who has an issue with Mac.

I recommended Alex to a friend after a successful repair. Unfortunately I regret this as Alex took in my friend's laptop and never returned it. After countless calls and emails, my friend has not heard from Alex since handing him her laptop. Although I have had a successful repair from this company in the past, after this troubling experience I'm rating this one star.

We have used the services of Alex on two occasions and i have to say he
has been brilliant.
Loves his computers and is absolutely clear and helpful when dealing with our issues and whats really nice is he gets the non computer person ( me)and can work out very quickly what we need to achieve, either in a repair scenario or indeed advice as to what we do need to do or add moving forward.

I used Kypoth to repair my laptop screen and thought it was a amazing service! I dropped my laptop and managed to break the screen and was terrified when I called up a lot of shops and they quoted me between 120-180 pounds! Then I was amazed when I contacted Kypoth and was quoted 70 pounds for the same procedure.
I dropped off my laptop on Monday and by Wednesday it was ready. The screen is now completely fixed and works perfectly for under half what some places were quoting for a service which no doubt would have taken even longer. Kypoth was a great service it's affordable and is very quick I would gladly recommend the service to anyone and will definitely return if anything else happens to my laptop.
