Lesley has been a great support the last couple of years through what was a difficult time. I went to see Lesley-Anne for counselling after losing my Dad and before returning to work, as paid for by my employer. Lesley-Anne was so patient and understanding, and I felt safe to open up. Lesley-Anne helped me to identify my avoidance behaviours and start facing things head on. I can't recommend the service enough and would definitely recommend Lesley-Anne for counselling.

I found the whole experience an absolute treat! Upon arrival, Lesley-Anne was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable straight away. The therapy room was lovely and homely. I didn’t know what to expect beforehand, but Lesley-Anne put me at ease when she explained that I just needed to relax and allow myself some self-care time. This is exactly what it was, and I can’t remember feeling that relaxed in such a long time! The tone, volume and speed of her voice was pitched just right in my opinions. It’s so helpful receiving a voice recording after the sessions as I’m now able to continue listening to this in my own time. Thanks so much, I really appreciate your time!
