I received exceptional service from Landlord Assist, Stephen Parry was very supportive from day one contact until resolution. I personally tried serving section 21 to evict my tenant, but I wasn't successful in court, which was very devastating. Landlord Assist took my case, reviewed it, and within a short time frame, I was advised on the approach and giving hope again to gain possession of my property. Stephen, the director, is very professional and gives timely advice and clear guidelines. He made the process run very smoothly with less stress. My letting agent recommended Stephen Parry at Landlord Assist. It was so helpful & reassuring to be able to speak with someone who was up to date with the finer details associated with evicting a tenant – the government web site makes everything sound so simple!
Stephen was very helpful, once we’d had a chat about my case and I’d briefed him on the issues and my progress to date, he basically took everything off my hands and got all of the documentation completed within a few days and submitted to the courts very quickly. The outcome was successful without any issues – which is also very reassuring.
