I would like to give a ZERO star if I could! After researching online and comparing services and prices, I reached out for a consultation. Unfortunately, my experience with Roman was extremely frustrating. When I asked for a rough estimate on the service, his response was, "If you're looking for the lowest price, you should go to South Surrey." Not only was this unhelpful, but it was also incredibly rude and completely unprofessional.

His lack of courtesy and respect for potential clients is appalling. I will never recommend this company to anyone, as they clearly don’t value their customers. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

I find it absolutely baffling that the company is defending such a disrespectful interaction instead of addressing the poor customer service. While it’s true that you’re not obligated to provide free consultations, it's a standard practice in most service industries to at least provide a rough estimate or demonstrate courtesy when potential customers reach out. I did consult with other offices over the phone, and in every instance, I was met with professionalism and respect—something that was sorely lacking in my exchange with Roman.

To clarify, the issue wasn’t about the consultation being free; it was about how I was spoken to. Roman’s response was dismissive and unprofessional, not to mention downright rude. Telling a potential client to "go to South Surrey" if they’re looking for a better price is not only unhelpful, but completely out of line. It’s an insult to anyone who takes the time to inquire about services and shows a blatant disregard for customer relationships.

Your response completely misses the point. This review is not about your inability to offer free consultations but about the appalling attitude displayed by your staff. Clearly, customer service isn’t a priority for this company, and based on my experience, I will absolutely advise others to take their business elsewhere.

Highly recommend Roman for his high professionalism and attention to the client.
