Laura really is an amazing therapist. I have had 7 years of on and off counselling ranging from NHS to private and was just about ready to give up. I've never had a therapist make me feel so comfortable before and like I'm fully being seen and listened to. Laura has been my therapist for the past 7 months and I am currently still continuing my sessions. Prior to meeting Laura I always found any kind of therapy a very uncomfortable and awkward experience, I therefore did not commit to the sessions and got very little from them. after seeing Laura for a few weeks my view of therapy and the benefits that come from it has drastically changed, each session is different and I often found myself leaving with a real sense of what I had achieved; even though the hour felt like I was just talking comfortably about life. Would highly recommend especially to those who feel they have tried therapy but couldn’t find the right fit like my self, this is an honest and relaxed approach which I could really relate to and feel comfortable with.

Laura is the most down-to-earth counsellor I’ve ever seen. Myself and my partner went to her for Couple’s Counselling and instead of looking at us and trying to “fix” the problems, she instead worked with us to reach a sustainable compromise, try to see things from each other’s perspectives and to find it within ourselves to communicate better.
I 100% recommend Laura to anyone looking for an honest and intuitive counsellor who makes you feel at home.
