I am having to deal with this company now. Was passed over by a robber car dealer and service centre. Waited for their response on paper before sending my audio evidence. Sent the audio of their car dealer who they represent lying and admitting damaging my car. Admitting his worker didn't follow policy or do his job to standards. Sent pictures of my filters left hanging out. Whole leaves and debris in my engine air intake. Yet they deny that anything was done to my car. This company supports and advocates for liars and companys who admit not following their own policy and practice. Yet refused to give me a partial refund for the poor service I received. I paid £436 for a poor service which broke my car. They are not doing good trying to scrimp few hundred quid. It's pethetic. Give a refund where it is due I proved they did not do their job properly. Helping known liars rob people should not be ethical. They asked if I had permission to record a robber lying to my face while robbing me, after breaking my car. Which about sums up their ethics and principles to me.

Avoid this firm at all costs – an absolute joke!

I took one of their members to a small claims hearing and won—despite having no prior legal experience. That alone speaks volumes about their incompetence.

The legal adviser handling the case on their client’s behalf was completely out of their depth. They failed to submit evidence in accordance with court orders and even attempted to introduce an expert report without the court’s permission. Unsurprisingly, I had it all thrown out.

When their evidence was dismissed, their so-called solicitor panicked and tried to call the legal adviser—who was conveniently off sick! They had clearly rented a solicitor at the last minute, and it showed. He was frantically scrolling through his laptop, utterly unprepared, and completely clueless. Incredibly, he even managed to get his own side’s witness statements thrown out!

Had their legal adviser been properly qualified, they might have actually followed court instructions, and their expert report wouldn’t have been rejected. The defendant would have been in a much stronger position.

I tried multiple times to settle before the hearing, but they weren’t interested. They were so overconfident in their (now useless) evidence that they refused to negotiate—only to end up paying far more than they would have if they had settled.

If you’re considering using this firm, stay away. And if you’re the unfortunate member who hired them, I’d suggest demanding a refund—maybe even taking them to small claims court yourself!

I have found communication with this legal team to be extremely poor. Despite multiple attempts to reach them, I have received little to no response. They are representing a trader involved in a serious dispute regarding faulty vehicles, yet they have shown no willingness to engage in meaningful discussions to resolve matters amicably, but I now I suspect why, I think they knew there client was in financial difficulty and possibly was aware they are going into liquidation.

Due to their lack of cooperation and communication I had no choice but to escalate the matter to court, where I have now successfully obtained a County Court Judgment (CCJ) against their client who has now gone missing.

They closed there doors and the legal team that is representing them have no decency in informing us. I have reported there client to the police, action fraud etc.

It is disappointing that legal professionals would take such an unresponsive approach instead of facilitating fair resolutions.

I don’t know if SRA regulates this firm, sure it regulates the solicitors that work for them. Sure I will inform SRA and trading standards of my concerns about professional misconduct that I believe has taken place in my situation.

I would not recommend their services based on my experience whether you are a motor trader or an individual.

Awful unprofessional shambolic company. Defending motor dealers that sell unfit vehicles. Polly terrible at communication, and clearly not a qualified solicitor as tried to get us to agree to a reduction in our payout despite the fact she’d already agree to the higher amount. Embarrassingly amateur company. We were laughing at the emails as they were so thick! Got all our money back too.
Disregard any response as it’ll just be a sad attempt to justify themselves. I certainly won’t be reading it 👍👋

After buying a second hand car for a new driver aged 17 from a dealer, sold with full service history that landed up to be a print out of Mot’s only and lied to, then within the first week faults quoted just under £500 to sort, these bunch of clowns tried defending the garage! Shocking defence that made them look like idiots lol!! They had the details of claim but yet asked me what I was claiming. Laughable they fancied their chances to ‘cross exam me’ as they put it, at a hearing 🤣. Honestly made me laugh! Fantastic result at court mediation!! We won £627 in settlement with the court fee back. Don’t be intimidated by these people. Citizens advice are fab to help you with a strong case. Within the first month of a second hand car purchase you have rights if there are faults!! The small claims court process is easy. Let’s hope this company is investigated for fraud!!! We don’t care what their response is, we’re happy we won!!! 🎉👌
