Professional, caring and compassionate, with a strong and sincere focus on the well-being of their clients is how I would summarise Matthew Harcourt Poole and his team at Lawson West Market Harborough.

We had a very delicate family matter with which to deal, and cannot overstate how instrumental Matthew Harcourt-Poole, and his team were in attempting to ‘calm the waters’ and settle the matter amicably. Though our outcome was not in our favour, it is important not to underestimate the professionalism, legal acumen, and social prowess utilised by Matthew and his team; ‘reading the room’, and knowing when to take a hard line with the other party, or equally, also when it is important to ‘play it soft’ with the other party cannot be underestimated, and they did this exceptionally well.

Matthew and his team did an impeccable job from start to finish (and this was no easy case) never hesitating on what to do next despite the complexity of the matter, and besides this, were genuinely nice people who truly cared about their clients and their children’s well-being; they are warm, empathetic, and carry out their role in a very humane and relatable manner.

Without fail, I would never hesitate to recommend Matthew at Lawson West for a family matter, and will go back to him in future should the necessity arise.

I would like.to thank Lawson West Market Harborough on the sale of.my.late mum's property. It was a long process but Charlotte really helped with the solicitor side of things and kept chasing the management company who at.rimes were very frustrating but ahe got it there in the end.
