I have worked with Lead Talent for several years now. Initially as part of an advanced management apprenticeship I undertook with my employer, with Patrick & David providing training, coaching & mentoring to me. Having had a great experience, I have since utilised each of their services at some point (Talent Attraction, Brand, Strategy/Consultancy & Talent Development) for my own teams & business unit. In doing so, I have worked with David, Sharon, Emma, Patrick, Jonathan and Jenny and have found each of them to bring perspective, ideas, knowledge, professionalism and engaging training support. I have been overwhelmed by the amazing and most professional service that Emma has given me on my journey to seek a new role. Although I did not get placed in the end this was definfinalty no reflection on Emma the consistent and overall compassion that has been shown has been second to none, every step of the way.
