Switched On Electrical (Midlands) Ltd have started using Leap IT this year to look after all of our systems. They came in and recommended several changes to the way we work and hardware we use. Once agreed (this was a simple process) they can in and spent the day in our office upgrading our systems. Now they are all backed up and safe.
We decided to upgrade some computers and monitors and they recommended several units, ordered them and came and installed them and the whole process was effortless.
I like their speedy approach and ticket/sales reporting systems that make issue reporting very simple.

We have used a number of IT companies over the 30 years we have been using cad systems for our design team. We have used Leap IT for our IT support needs for many years and they have been fantastic throughout that time.
Leap have successfully migrated our onsite servers into the cloud, set up backup routines, recommended and implemented a number of security best practices, amongst many other things. They were also a big help in getting our business ready for a successful Cyber Essentials application.
Management and the delivery of each project has always been brilliant and they have made the running of our day-to-day activities so much simpler. We've dealt with many of the support team over the years and never had any issues, but a special mention to Tomasz - his knowledge and support over the years has been exceptional! Thanks very much!
