ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING SOLICITORS WOULD ADVISE NEVER TO USE THIS PLACE EVER THEY HAVE THROWN A CASE OF MY WIFE CAUSING HER TO BE IN PRISONED AND NOW REFUSE TO HAND OVER DOCUMENTS TO NEW SOLICITORS TRYING TO MAKE SURE AN APPEAL IS NOT POSSIBLE BY WITHHOLDING LEGAL DOCUMENTS AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS COSTING PEOPLE THERE LIVES AND ALSO I DONT BELIEVE GENERALLY THEY HAVE ANY ONE WITH LAW QUALIFICATIONS ACTING FOR THEM AS WHEN EVER YOU CALL KIRSTY SHE IS NOT A QUALIFIED SOLICITOR AND SARAH BANARD QUITE CLEARLY DOESNT CARE ABOUT CLIENTS BECAUSE SHE NEVER GETS IN TOUCH WITH YOU WHEN YOU REALLY NEED THE ADVICE

We had Jabulani assigned to us and found ourselves wishing we'd never used them.

Getting any response or helpful information was like drawing blood out of a stone. We had to relentlessly pester to get any information when things were time sensitive. When we did eventually get responses the information was unhelpful and he often didn't answer the question. We were lucky that we had most of the work done by the time we came to them thanks to assistance from another solicitor who referred us to Leonards when a chance in circumstances required he step back from our case due to limits in qualifications.

It sometimes took Jabulani 3-4 weeks to get back to us by which point we managed to resolve things without his help. Half the time we seemed to have more information than he did and he had no knowledge from the procedural side of things. Our previous lawyer (from another firm) kept up to date with changes and was immediately on them when new announcements were made. Jabulani was clueless.

We will not be using Leonards again and suggest you steer clear!

Dreadful from start to finish. After being promised an experienced solicitor to handle our late father's estate, we were quickly handed to somebody learning on a day-to-day basis. It wasn't his fault, but the responsibility of the management.

Communication was very poor and complaints fell on deaf ears. A lengthy email to Siamek resulted in a dismissive one sentence reply sent from his mobile. A phone call from Siamek was promised but never materialised.

Leonard's ineptitude cost us time and money at a very difficult period in our lives and I would strongly advise against using this company.

Avoid like the plague.
