We were in the process of buying our first home and saw a property. After we decided to put an offer and having further discussions we agreed the sale very smoothly. Then we decided to contact Letchers Solicitors and I can only say positive things about Marie, as being our first time buying a property she guided us, answered all our questions and worries in a timely manner.

We managed to complete the sale very quickly and smoothly which was perfect for us because the flat we were renting was in the process of sale and we needed to vacate the property.

Jamie Poole - just wow! Having worked in the industry for the best part of 15 years I have NEVER come across a firm, let alone a solicitor, who is as efficient and on the ball as Jamie! He was simply phenomenal.
