I was recommended Lisa by a friend as I wanted to help my nephew who had been struggling with anxiety for some time. He described Lisa as being very patient, understanding and caring in nature, and he felt really comfortable talking to her and opening up on how he was feeling which he usually finds really difficult to do. Lisa was able to help him gain more confidence in himself and reduce his anxiety considerably. I have one happy nephew now - it is wonderful to see his lovely smile again.
