Emily was amazing and highly recommend her, she explained the whole process to us and made us feel very comfortable even when the uncomfortable questions were asked. Our draft will was sent across the same day and all amendments were made straight away, meaning we didn’t need to chase for any updates whatsoever. He walked me through a step by step process on all the information I needed to provide. He was also very personable making the process smoothly and put me at ease.

Very positive and concise communication from the agent
Everything that was required was explained clearly , as was the next step in the process
On a downside , why do have to do this all over again.
Having completed the id checks and a whole load more for my solicitors , this is duplication and an add expense for me .
Same work and more money to do the same job again.
A little joined up communication between solicitors and estate agents would go a long way ,
But i guess they all take a cut from this…
What used to be a couple of photo copies of a passport has now cost £ 100 between agents and lawyers …
