I have spent some time over the last few months speaking with Angela2 - short hair lady!
At all times she was welcoming, professional, engaging and honest. She also created an environment which allowed me to speak about a number of issues and experiences with confidence and reflection.
I enjoyed my time with her greatly and continue to feel the benefit of our time together.

I feel very fortunate for my counselling experience with Jo. I have been seen, heard, understood, validated, challenged, offered compassion and care, I have gained insight and fresh perspectives. Jo is warm, personable, accommodating, non judgmental and always makes me feel accepted and most of all safe.
It was my counselling with Jo that led to my recent ADHD diagnosis (at 39 years old) and I will forever be grateful for the way in which Jo saw the real me. Jo has supported me through many challenges and transitions and I cannot believe how much I have learnt about myself and my life during the time we have worked together.
The staff are warm and friendly, the rooms welcoming and I feel that details within the whole environment make clients feel cared for from the minute they walk through the door. I could not recommend Light and Shade highly enough.
