Absolutely excellent customer service. Bought an outside light some time ago but I had lost my receipt/invoice. Having asked if they could help, they requested photos and immediately took up with their supplier who happened to be in Spain. Within 24 hours had a positive response and replacement provided within 48 hours. Very helpful and positive agent helped me with all of this. Could not ask for more and such a refreshing change. Highly recommended.

I placed an order with Lighting Styles Limited. They contacted me to check I had ordered the correct part. I had to add something to complete the order so I was impressed. It was promptly delivered. Their was later a problem with the product that was completely out of their control again they dealt with it efficiently and with good grace. I cannot thank them enough for there service. particularly Barry who is a true gentleman.

Excellent company with excellent customer service support. Impressed! (note: this comes from a critical, perfectionist person!)

Received a quick response to an initial question about the product, was informed promptly that part of my order wasn't in stock, but was most impressed with the excellent and pro-active approach when I was unable to install the devices on the SmartKnight app. Yes, it was frustrating to initially not to get the devices registered, but with help of their sales and tech team, I got it sorted. Am very much looking forward to having a relaxing and spa-like bath or shower with the multi colour lights installed and working!
No pics yet because the lights are bagged up ready for the ceiling to be painted.
