I moved here 3 years ago with my husband and family. All the post office staff are helpful , friendly and polite except red haired lady. We feel stressful when we go to this post office every time as worried we will be served by the red haired lady as she look unhappy face and not helpful or friendly. Many times when we enquire about service she look unhappy seems we’re making trouble for her and when she serve another customer she has a smile on her face and polite.
Maybe it is our skin different colour? Maybe we’re are too stupid not understanding about post office service? Really fingers crossed not her serve us again 😔

Love the co-op business model, and try to shop here as much as possible. What let’s this store down is the stock control / replenishment. Don’t understand why, as the Caistor store is so much better stocked. Please Co-Op look into this. Otherwise excellent staff members friendly and helpful. And as said previously the community focused business model is really positive. Tesco 👈 I swipe left 😊

Excellent and really good choice of food and drink staff are good and friendly but they need to less chat with each other and start serving customers market rasen co op is much bigger then Caistor one more choice of fresh products more alisles it would be five star if the staff served customers more quickly and less chit chat with each other. Overall a really good shop to buy food and drink

'Rasen Co-Op, is wonderful & the staff are VERY patient. Good choice for a small, local shop. Ofcourse the staff are sometimes chatty to their customers - they're caring alongside patient with people who are isolated. Cannot fault them 🙂

Great local place in middle of town but staff are busy chit chatting than helping customers, complain to manager but he doesn't work after 12 ,wt bloody good is that having a manager who goes hme at 12 every day ,when store open till 10pm ,but luckily I got sorted by by a nice lady called Carol Richardson
