Was due to view a property in Sisland today. I was travelling from Somerset and got caught in the bank holiday traffic. I tried to call the office to say I wouldn't make the appointment, no answer as they don't open on a Saturday (the main day people view houses). Tried Martin Cunninghams mobile, straight to voicemail. Eventually sent a message when I could stop (10 minutes after my alloted appointment). Then got a snarky message off Martin saying I was 'off' not letting them know sooner! What a way to treat a potential buyer. Completely puts me off wanting to viewing a property though these guys. Good luck to their customers!

13 years I've been letting properties, the last 8 years I have used Living Property in Beccles, this is by far the best letting agency I've ever known. OK, sometimes we have a small issue, as Landlords and letting agents sometimes due, but the Agents are straight onto it and everything is quickly resolved and any issues sorted out . I can honestly say I have every faith in this letting agency. Professional, punctuality is spot on. Well done Living Property. Always a 5 Star letting Agency.

I would not hesitate to use Living Property for Rental or selling.
I was with them for many yrs while I rented out my property with them and they are a great team, always keeping you up to date with what needed addressing and very professional.
Also when I decided to sell Martin dealt with everything for me from the Estate Agent side of the business and the process was very smooth and easy. Martin kept me informed for every stage of the sale.

It was such a right decision to appoint Living Property to help me
I would like to recommend them to other potential landlords.

We have found Martin at living Propery incredibly pro-active in pursuing the completion of the purchase of our house, something we were not used to. Solicitors are renowned for dragging their heels but Martin was on the case and chasing actions from our solicitor constantly! We have had Living Property as our rental estate agent for a few years now, and I have to say, they are second to none.

Nothing is too much trouble for them; they're very accommodating and any issues are addressed quickly and punctually.

Communication is clearly at the forefront of this estate agents mind, which is very refreshing to see.

Paula, the director, carries out inspections herself and is very kind, compassionate and friendly towards us tenants and hardships that we have been facing.

Cassie is also a friendly member of the team, whom I've had frequent communication with, and is always there to help.
