Leonie has dealt with both our company and personal accounts for the last two years, and we are very happy with her work. She is diligent, knows her stuff, and easily resolves any queries or questions we have. Her knowledge of our accounts software makes it easy for us to resolve issues, and her ‘can do’ attitude mean that any problem is resolved in the shortest of timeframes.
Whether it be a complicated VAT issue, or how to log a commercial vehicle purchase with a Lease, it’s all dealt with easily, so our accounts process is one less thing I have to worry about.
One thing I really appreciate is that no question is deemed too simple, like I should have known the answer. I’m unfamiliar with some aspects of accounting, but I feel I can ask any question at all without judgement, and get a confident and swift answer or resolution.
