I recently contacted LM Notary Public Limited for notary services and was extremely disappointed with their lack of professionalism and poor customer service. My initial inquiry on 25 Aug 2024 was ignored for 46 calendar days.

After chasing by phone on 8 Oct 2024 and 10 Oct 2024, I finally received a response. Except there was no apology offered for the excessive delay. Instead, the representative simply stated that my email "may have been overlooked".

The initial response, which had the unhelpful email subject of "Timeslots", also lacked clarity regarding the consent form required for document verification. I had to seek further clarification on several points, further delaying the process. Their response to my request for clarity was unprofessionally written, with no email greeting or signature.

LM Notary Public Limited's unresponsiveness, lack of apology, and unprofessional communication collectively left me feeling undervalued as a potential client.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend LM Notary Public Limited to anyone seeking notary services.

Completely unprofessional and unreliable. Book a meeting to notarize some documents a week in advanced. I get at the time agreed only to be told the notary is not in today so I need to reschedule. Completely unacceptable. Can't imagine relying on them for something more serious.

Caution ! Caution ! Caution ! Dissappointing, have paid double the set costs as there was no clarity that they will charge separately for passport and address proof notary if this is required as a part of your requirement which adds up costs. Please ensure you clarify the costs upfront otherwise you may end up paying more. Wish I should have used another notary I was recommended. Will only use them if there is no one else available.

Adding feedback to your below response: I have cross checked your emails again and they clearly lists passport and driving licence originals to be brought at the time of appointment and therefore these are part of the original document notary service fee quoted? if these were additional 4 docs as you refer below there is nowhere in your emails it states these will cost extra? without these you won't be able to complete the notary service and cannot understand why are they additional but not a part of the document fee quoted? I am stating you have charged me extra (as I ended up paying more than the most expensive quote I received) but you are claiming you have given me a discount).

As advised to you in your office, just a friend of mine did a notary somewhere else, passport and driving licence has been part of the notarised document and included within the quoted costs, these were supplied at no extra costs and they didn't call these as additional 4 documents as you say.

Nothing personal and no disrespect, this is the main reason of my original comment with a slight caution for people like me to clarify upfront and understand what they end up paying.
I have made my comments and won't reply any further to prolong the discussion.
