Would absolutely recommend.

Lee conducts his work in a very professional yet personable manner. In my particular case I sought Lee's legal consultation for an employment matter.

Upon Lee agreeing to take my case on he literally made the entire process a lot less stressful. It is also worth noting that Lee was very patient in explaining the different aspects of the process, by stripping away all of the legal jargon ensured that I understood each stage of the legal process clearly.

Lee is very easy to get in contact with, and is more than happy to deal with any questions that you may have.

It was great experience although I never wish to happen again to anyone . in 2016 I struck off my limited company without paying any attention to the business bank account which was attached to it . there were some money left to keep the company going and pay all the debts . first I went to 1-choice formations , online seeking for help . I was charged £200 for nothing all they did requesting some paper work and signatures, and long wait . that’s when I got introduced to Mr Lee Dowling . when he handed the matter seriously and professionally his charges I found it very reasonable comparing to the amount of work he has to put in to it. communications with him was very fast and effective through emails and phone , never had to wait for a reply neither getting answers to any questions.
the job was done perfectly by restoring the company back through a court order . I also recommended my solicitor to another member of my family after I found out he deals with inherited assets .
