Running a Truckstop that had massive issues with lorries getting their curtains cut constantly was putting a strain on the the business. We was approached by LSM who said they could help with our problems......They have certainly done that. Appointed us a very well trained and professional security guard, since he's been with us we've had NO problems at all! The customer service from management is on point and they are always happy to help any way they can. Would definitely recommend LSM.

Excellent - I booked stewards for an event (polish concert) very much last minute as we were let down. The guys turned up with sign in sheets, well dressed in their high viz uniforms. Their attitude was great, they did exactly what was asked of them and overall, I was very impressed. Will definitely use this company again and would recommend them.

Booked a carpet clean with them for the 14th February, the cleaner never showed up and I messaged them on Facebook after waiting for about half an hour after I booked for 8:30am, wondering why the cleaner hasn't turned up, and I was told that the cleaner who was meant to do it called off sick at the last minute and they couldn't send in a replacement cleaner, so I was asked if I would like to change my date. Very disappointed and I think that as they're a cleaning company, it was very unprofessional of them to do that. You're better off cleaning the carpet yourself at home with a carpet shampoo cleaner unless you enjoy being let down by LSM.

Very bad company with terrible communication.
Pay is very bad if you can get paid
Dont pay staff correctly so expect your invoices to be unpaid.
No loyalty ur just a number which they struggle to get which I understand why now.
Boss John, Mike or Dave are just a shirt filler sitting behind a desk.
Wouldn't recommend anyone to work for the company in my personal opinion.

All the staff were friendly, efficient and put our guests at ease; both the celebrities and the public. I've worked for them for almost 6 months and still haven't been paid one single penny!!! Been calling them sort it out but they couldn’t care less to sort out the issue. Would stay far away if you’re considering to work for them!!

Very good and professional company I have used all there services that they provide from security staff to cleaners to traffic Marshall. Always go the extra mile and have never failed me yet. Would recommend to anybody.
