We’ve been Lucent clients since December 2021. From the very beginning, we were impressed by the ease of discussing “life” with Steve and the Team. Time was spent, really trying to understand what we wanted to do in life, and then working out how to do those things and being financially independent ie planning the point to finish work.
Was a game changer to be honest. Lucent worked with us to develop a clear financial plan, which gave so much clarity on our position and meant we could make decisions about work.
Our Lucent Chartered Financial Planner is Luke James. What a guy! He really takes time to understand our needs. He’s really down to earth, very knowledgeable and clear speaking. Just what we need! We have regular reviews with Luke, and he’s on hand any time to work with us.
Lucent has a great culture and ethos. Whilst money is a serious business, the Team have a great sense of fun, and really care about their clients. Social events are organised, such a seminars, Summer BBQ, monthly walks/ rambles and guest speakers.
Which reminds me, if you do speak to Luke, ask him about the time he interviewed Frank Bruno. Two legends on one stage!
