I was having some personal issues that I had been struggling with so I decided to get in touch with Lyndsey to see if she could help. The session was very relaxed and in a chilled environment I was at ease immediately. We spoke of some of the problems I had been facing and after a while it was clear that Lynsey had some good suggestions for dealing with how I felt. Also, going forward she helped me to discover some of the things that had been holding me back. I can certainly recommend Lynsey to anyone else who may be experiencing issues of any kind.
