Avoid like the plague paid £190 for a battery replacement and damaged my laptop in the process with severe chips on all sides claiming one screw got stuck yet it's chipped on all sides and scratched. Now taking this up with civil courts as we speak. Arun's attitude soon changed once he received the laptop in his hands and changed the collection date of the laptop. Not happy with the service provided! Definitely cannot be trusted. As didn't explain the damage upon collection either. Wouldn't recommend! Your better off taking it into a proper shop as he cannot be trusted

A Disappointing Decline in Service

I’m writing this with a heavy heart because I previously had a great experience with this business. That positive experience is what led me to return for a simple diagnostic when my PC began having issues. Unfortunately, this time was a completely different story.

The level of customer service I received was disappointing.

Advice was inconsistent, and pricing felt unclear, with sudden adjustments that made it hard to trust the fairness of the charges.

There was a clear lack of accountability when things didn’t go as promised.

While this business may have once provided excellent service, my recent experience suggests a significant decline in professionalism and care for clients.

Excellent service!

Had the awful luck of my gaming PC breaking over the festive period but Arun didn't hesitate to take it in and have a look at , gave it a free diagnosis, fair quote and got it fixed asap , with Excellent communication all the way through the service, would highly recommend!

I contacted Arun for a ps5 HDMI fix and he fixed it the next evening and it was ready for pick up. He was also very polite during the whole process and updated me regularly on the progress of his fix. He also does it for a very reasonable price at £90 where as a popular shop in Maidstone town centre attempted to charge me £250 I recommend him to anyone and I will return to him if any future problems occur with any of my electronics.

Great Service from arun. Sent in my sons Samsung Tablet in for repair to him broken charger point, while the back of the tablet was off i said how much to replace the battery for. Came in at a good price also .. replaced what i asked for.... Purely off great reviews from Google. Couldn't fault his communication and professional service.
