As an ex-client of this firm I found them to be shysters

"a person, especially a lawyer, who uses unscrupulous, fraudulent or deceptive methods in business"

I suggest you do not use this firm. There are plenty of good lawyers in Doncaster and Rotherham that you don t need to use this firm.

Mrs Pashley, I am disgusted with your response to your firm's mistakes and the fact that you have not said sorry. You could pay for your mistake out of your insurance but you choose not to.....

An absolute rubbish firm of shysters.

Mrs Pashley, the least you could have done is offer an apology for the mistake Julie Graseley made and pay us compensation from your insurance but you don't even want to do this. I know your insurance has a £5000 excess and you don't want to part with a penny.

We used MalcolmCFoy for the closure of my mother’s Estate (probate, house sale etc). I was highly impressed with service provided and communication through what is a complex process. They handled with sensitivity and empathy throughout but ensured costs were managed to arrive at the best outcome for the family.
