I’ve used this particular mediation company twice, where the mediators I have used (Paul and Colette) were both superb in their own right. Both situations for me were (in my own head) unfixable and merely just a step before court. In which both times we met compromise and stopped the long, drawn out process of court.

Was advised by solicitor to use this mediator!
Rude , uninterested,apparent lack of knowledge on anything to do with getting access !
Waste of time and money avoid at all cost !
In fragile circumstances like gaining access to your children it’s vital you have the right advice !
This compony can not provide this !
I will add that when I raised my disgust with the director and insinuated that they were chancers who didn’t know that they were doing her response was to give me a refund and walk away !!
Now leaving me with more waiting time to get another appointment with another mediator !
More time off work !
Longer with contact with my son !

Disgusting way to conduct business !

The mediation and summary has left me in no different place than I went in.
It really was not worth the time (or money).
I’m sure others will find it useful .
