We recently completed on our new home, for which Mansell McTaggart were acting both on behalf of our sale and vendors of our purchase.

This was a complicated journey with five houses in the chain and there were times that we thought it wasn't going to happen purely with the number of parties trying to get through the process.

I want to express my sincere thanks to both Ross and Jo, who held our hands throughout, often putting up with more than I am sure is necessary, even in the UK's volatile market.

Ross has been brilliant from the outset. From the day we agreed to go with Mansell McTaggart, he kept me up to date, gave insight and suggestion, even when he knew it might not be wanted to hear. His honest and calm approach was a breath of fresh air and as a result I have already persuaded friends to use the Steyning branch for their own sales.

Sales progressor was a new term for me but in Jo, I realised just how crucial having that role in the estate agents is. For anyone buying this is a question well worth asking. As well as putting up with my constant requests for updates, she was able to keep the rest of the chain on their toes and I am not sure we would have got there without her. Thanks Jo!

They were very professional through out the process of selling my house, from valuation, to producing the high quality brochure to attract buyers, to negotiating and securing a high offer on my property. They have managed to sell very close to the asking price, we had number of viewings, despite difficult economic climate. They have always acted in my best interest and kept me updated with all the relevant information. From the date the offer was accepted to the moving day only took 4 months, which is very quick considering there was a chain.
