I highly recommend Marcia Mediation Ltd to everyone. I had a really complicated case but she saved me from having to go to court and was able to help me reaching an agreement outside of court. This saved me from a lot of unnecessary stress and additional costs. She is very professional and empathetic. This mediation was a very good experience for me and my ex and helped us to part amicably. There is a child involved too, so parting through mediation was very important for my daughter's future well-being too as it was crucial for us to keep a good relationship. Without this mediation my case would have ended up in a prolonged, nightmare case in court. Thank you so much for the help we received!

I had a " mediation session" with Michael Lister who said it was an " impartial meeting" it most certainly was Not impartial.

I was asked questions, or should I say fired questions at me, then he didn't give me a chance to reflect and answer properly , and when I did answer he cut across me immediately, not listening at all to what I was trying to explain.
He was not empathetic at all to how I've been treated by my ex .
The whole experience was upsetting and left me feeling upset, appalled and angry at how I had been treated in what felt like an interview not a " mediation "

I would never recommend his services. The whole experience was horrible. He is a very rude abrupt person , an experience I would never want to repeat.

Marcia@ marcia mediation was very knowledgeable and helpful which made the whole experience of divorce proceedings go smoothly and amicably for both parties plus the cost compared to using a solicitor was a lot more realistic and affordable.
Would highly recommend mediation as a 1st option.
