Mari is a marvel. Having met Mari at a corporate seminar some months prior, I reached out in a time of turmoil when I couldn't see a way through the tangle of stress and anxiety, and had lost confidence in myself professionally.
Mari helped me unpack what was at the root of the anxieties, and gave me the space and the tools to understand and resolve the - often subconscious - triggers and issues. Mari was warm welcoming and really easy to talk to. Her approach and style made it really easy to open up to her In our discussions. She was extremely insightful and her technique allowed her to quickly identify the route causes of my issues. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment I contacted Mari, she was quick to respond, she called me and told me all about what she does and how she could help me. She made me feel like I was speaking to someone I had known for years. Mari si friendly but very proffession and her approach allows anyone to feel confident to share their thoughts, fears, wishes and basically anything which they want or need help with. When I called Mari first time I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to talk to her and how quickly I could see her. There wasn't any protocol to telling me how many sessions I would need and I think that was the best part for me, I didnt feel like I had to sigh up for ever but also felt that if I needed extra time or help, Mari was there.
