I had a free coaching session via Zoom after reading some of Mariette’s articles.

Mariette is very approachable. She struck a good balance between listening, providing information and questioning me, and I appreciated having space to reflect.

After the session I felt a sense of relief and of validation. I slept better and had less tension in my body.

Mariette followed up the session by email with some useful tips and references which she had mentioned in the session. I now have more clarity about my situation and am beginning to feel empowered.
