They are an utterly awful and dishonourable company. They ignored emails from me for months during COVID, and their incompetence directly led to me not receiving furlough because they set-up my salary to be paid annually, not monthly, as I'd specifically requested.

When shown clear email evidence of the above, they refused to even apologise, let alone compensate me.

Avoid at all costs!

My wife and I have a small business. We always have a need for an accountant. The person/firm need to be good at what they do,be reliable and not too pricey. We have been clients of a number of accountants over the years.In the spring of 2017 our accountant stopped dealing with small clients so we had to look elsewhere. I came across Rees by accident. I am so glad I did. I can't speak highly enough of Mark.He is obviously good at what he does. He gave us good advice and was always there for us. The yearly accounts went through smoothly and the final bill was quite reasonable. I would recommend the firm to anyone requiring the services of an accountant

MJR took over our accounts during Covid. We recognised we had outgrown our independent accountant & needed a bigger team to ensure there was always someone available whenever we needed support. I have to say we have not been disappointed on this score! The team offer outstanding service. Nothing is too much trouble & the advice is always timely & accurate. We have for the first time management accounts, break-even trackers, accurate wages & regular onsite Bookkeeping support. A special thank you to Ruth & Cameron who are a credit to the company.
