I left it so long I was scared to sort the tax on our rental properties.(7 years!) I then got a letter from HMRC. After sleepless nights and trying to work out the best way forward including doing it myself, and supportive but not conclusive guidance from HMRC, I found Marslands on Google. By now I could have taken a degree on the subject ! But I just became more scared with not knowing I was doing the right thing and the best course of action.
