It's clearly racist to make such a question or statement as an employee of Martin&Co. As a Hungarian, I saved the lives of millions of English people every day during the COVID period. Thank you, I didn't get that much. I am a truck driver and delivered the right equipment to the hospitals every day. Risking my life and the life of my family and my newborn baby boy. One of the best agencies in Maidstone. We were with the agency for three years and we had a great experience of service and support in every possible way either by personal contact or via phone, Amanda and Michelle were there for us with their smile and quick response.
Then we had to move house cause our needs grew bigger and unfortunately even if they tried, we couldn't find a house suitable to our needs given the short time we had to move.
Regarding to the high standards of services that that we used to have with Martin & co, we didn't stay more than a year and then we found a house with Michelle's help. We can't be more satisfied as we are treated as human beings and not just a cash flow.

Just over a year ago, I helped my 85yr old mum sell her home and move into a lovely ground floor apartment. It needed a little attention and Martins made all the arrangements to prepare the apartment before she moved in. We have regular contact with the agency, and they’ve resolved a couple of minor issues by the following day. In particular, we’d like to thank Michelle for her ongoing commitment and assistance. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Martins Letting agencies services.

I have received brilliant service from Martin Co Maidstone. I have now been a tenant of theirs for 6 years, and they have not put a foot wrong once in that time. They always respond quickly and promptly to any queries I may have, and if anything needs doing within my flat it is always sorted quickly. I feel comfortable asking them about things and have got to know Amanda and Michelle on a first name basis, and have a pleasant and friendly relationship with them. I would strongly recommend using Martin Co if you are looking for a property to rent within the Maidstone area. Five Stars from me !

As a tenant, my expectations of a property managed by an Estate Agent are never high. However Michelle has been unbelievable responsive and helpful from the moment that I first enquired about the availability of the property, to now, when I am 4 months in. She responds to my questions promptly (normally within minutes), and the service that as been provided by every contractor that I have seen to carry out work or manage inventories etc has been excellent. All have been helpful, courtous and polite. Can't recommend them highly enough. Well done.

I started my "cooperation" with Martin & CO a few years ago. I was new in UK. I had no permanent address, I lived in a rented room. I decided to rent a flat. From the very beginning, I met with kindness and understanding. It was not easy for me to meet all the requirements, but each time Amanda and Michelle tried to help me. For 3 years of renting, I had no problems with this agency. When I needed something, or something broke down in my apartment, I could always count on help. I highly recommend this agency.

Martin & co have been very helpful with both me and my brother, i love the apartment we have and not had any issues. I have lived in idenden house for nearly 3 years now and could not be happier. Wonderful staff who communicate with their tenants and keep is well informed with the ongoings of the property.
