We are just about to complete the sale on our home we have lived in for 27 years. Martin & Co were recommended to us and after meeting Paul who carried out the valuation, we looked no further. Both Paul and Sue helped with our viewings and we accepted an offer after just 2 weeks! Sue was amazing liaising with our buyer and solicitors on both sides and was always on the end of the phone to calm my nerves towards the end of the process. In a nutshell, amazing service by amazing people!

We have previously used Martin and Co and loved their friendly service, when moving home a second time we went with a different estate agent who promised us the world and more. Unfortunately, they didn't provide the service we had previously had with Martin and Co where nothing was too much trouble. Brilliant service. Martin & Co managed my rental property since 2015 when I moved abroad and they were excellent, always responding promptly and taking care of issues.
I decided to sell the house and as I had such a great experience with the property management department I decided to use them for the sale.
Paul was great from the get go, extremely helpful and his communication first rate. It took all the worry out of sale, especially as I'm not in the UK.
Nothing was too much trouble for them. Thank you Tracey for dealing with my requests in such a friendly and helpful manner.

Paul was warm, friendly and full of knowledge.
Sue was fantastic. She cares about helping her clients. She always answers the phone or phones you back as soon as she can. When we were not hearing anything from our solicitors, she pushed them to get answers and worked out solutions.
I was in a very tricky chain with unhelpful solicitors and if it wasn't for Sue's passion for the job I would have given up and not moved.
