We couldn't recommend these guys more! They were absolutely brilliant. Our house was advertised very well (with a video tour and lovely pictures). It was put online within a couple of days after we first got in touch with the agency and we were kept updated regularly while our house was on the market and once it was sold. The team were fantastic at moving our buyers and their solicitor along. It was always very easy to get in touch with them as they have a big team and everyone was very helpful. I have had Martin & Co as my letting agent close to 25 years now. As a long term tenant I can honestly say they have been brilliant. My main dealings over the years has been with Rose, Gaynor and Laura. All three are a credit to the agency. All correspondence, mainly by email or telephone has been dealt with quickly and professionally. I have always been greeted with a smile when coming face to face with the team. When the property I rent is due for inspection I am notified beforehand, so if I need to change the date due to work commitments, they accommodate the best they can. On all inspections they have shown the utmost respect to my late, disabled mother, who use to reside with me until a few weeks ago. Over the years my landlord changed agents. I was not happy with the new agent and so I contacted Martin & Co. They went out of their way to find me suitable accommodation in the area I requested. What can I say except EXCELLENT customer service and care! We had a nightmare with other agents and along came Martin & Co who sold our property at half the price other agents were charging but with twice the service! Seriously do not hesitate in listing your property with them - you won't regret it!

Special thanks to Charlotte Crane who was there every step of the way, who gave up her spare time to see the sale our old property and purchase of our new property through to completion. This can be one of the most stressful processes, but she continuously reassured us and was always available no matter what question/concern we had.

Also Gayner who handled the viewings and initial sale was absolutely fantastic in negotiating the best price for our property and was excellent at getting viewings booked and acquiring feedback - this made the sale really smooth and stress free.
