I’m leaving this review as I am currently renting a property in Stafford with Martin & Co, from the offset they have been nothing but genuine and honest, Cheryl and Suzanne have gone out of there way to help me with renting a property with them and feel I’m not just another client, Any issues I have had has been swiftly resolved with a minimal of fuss. All the team are very friendly and accommodating with the reply of emails and calls swiftly answered.
Well done Team a very well earned 5 stars !!!

I can't praise the team at Martin & Co Stafford highly enough - they're always friendly and customer focused. As a landlord I normally have most contact with Suzanne, and over the last 5 years or so working with her she has been incredibly professional, knowledgeable and efficient, without exception. Great service and I would highly recommended.

This is a very good and trusted company for renting in Stafford. We had the pleasure of going through the procedures for renting with Suzanne, a very kind and professional lady. We had a very easy journey with her, when we rented the new home, having her assistance throughout the process. When we moved, and entered the first day in our new home, we found a little gift from them which, to be honest it really made may day.

Professional and friendly staff, they make it easy to handle tenancies and renewals, as well have a good maintenance system for maintained properties. Cheryl who I deal with frequently is always professional and punctual, and has great communication which arguably is the most important aspect of customer care. 5 star

Have been dealing with this company & it's staff for a number of years now, & frankly, they're great. Efficient, punctual, nothing's too much trouble, very easy to contact by phone or email, so helpful & friendly. Had previously has bad experiences with letting agents, but these lovelies have restored my faith! Fantastic service given, you know you can call / email with any issues / worries, & they'll sort it out for you. Highly recommended.
