I bought a property that Martin & Co were handling. I found them very responsive. The main people I spoke to on the phone was Vicky and Sarah. They were always lovely and polite. Whenever I viewed the property, it was Sarah who greeted me. Always before time, always with good detail and understanding about the property and sellers. You know when you go to view a property and the person showing you round says, "well, I know nothing about this house, I'll ask XXX" - I didn't get this with Martin & Co. Both Vicky and Sarah knew about the property, and if there was something I requested (like the emptying of the shed or what's the alarm code), if they didn't know, they asked the seller promptly. I was impressed with Martin & Co. Illustrative of them, is that when I sold my property I had to beg my estate agent to pick up the For Sale sign (they never got round to putting up the For Sold sign and they had 6-8 weeks to do so). Martin & Co had a Sold sign up. The day after I completed, that sign was picked up, without me even mentioning it. Very competent. Fully recommend. I don't plan on moving in the near future, but if I need to, they'll be my first port of call.

Throughout the listing I was kept informed and up to date on not just our listing but the market in general. Both Sarah and Vicky were amazing, very professional, but personable, a great mix and I felt they really cared throughout the sale process. Highly recommended.
