Can't remember the last time I went into here it's been a while lol ? but I must say it was a pleasant surprise alot of things to shop for not just clothes ie pillows, bathroom mats etc the staff were very friendly and helpful there's alot of choice so you may spent some time in there ? there's plenty of car parking available ?.

I haven't visited Matalan in years, and I must say I was disappointed. Ok, I'm a bit of a porker, but not as big as some, but could I find any underwear for a 48inch waist. No. So I won't be back.

Been in on several occasions recently. Love the shop always has something I’m looking for but the service is atrocious! Not enough staff on the tills and you could be waiting up to an hour (as I did) just to get something from click and collect. Staff walking past the queue could’ve asked those queuing what services they required and possibly assisted with the self service or collected an item for click and collect or even called someone back from on the shop floor (and there are always enough wondering around) to assist on tills to avoid customers waiting too long. Other than the customer service experience, everything else is good.
