DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR MEDIATION OR CHILD CONSULTATION. This is probably some of the worst customer service I have ever received. Communication was appalling it took days for the mediator to get back to me. Once I finally managed to speak to the mediator u asked for a scheduled telephone call once initial meetings had been completed un order to get a date for joint consultation booked as there was an amount of time pressure. The mediator started shouting down the phone at me accusing me of trying to control her and then abruptly slammed the phone down on me. They then sent me 2 very unprofessional texts followed by an even more unprofessional email accusing me of heightening their anxiety. By doing this they have probably caused more damage as my daughter had already had one session and now we have to find a different mediator. Lastly my first appointment was scheduled for up to 1 and a half hours. The mediator was over 20 minutes late and the session lasted 20 minutes which clearly wasn't value and seems like a licence to print money. I'm very disappointed and frustrated about my whole experience. People like this should not be allowed to practice this profession.

Very disappointed in the service, do not use them if you have other options. They have send a letter to a wrong address (major data privacy breach!!!), and there is no communication between the office and the mediator Louise. The MIAM meeting was cancelled without notice, when it actually took place it felt rushed. The other party contacted the office several times but never managed to get a MIAM appointment. No proactive communication, we had to chase them constantly!

Like the last person to post I wish I had viewed these reviews before giving them my hard earned cash. It's September now and having had my initial MIAM appointment in JANUARY which was rushed and uncaring I have still not received my C100 despite making several strongly worded complaints.
My original concerns revolved around the timetable explained to me in my MIAM appointment. When Mediation MK failed to fulfil there promise to advise me at certain points of the process, I requested evidence to see if they had indeed made the contact I had paid them for. I couldn't believe the degree of contempt I experienced from the service director. To cut a long story short, he basically told me they did not have to provide me with any evidence of what they had done on my behalf, and that I had to take there word for it. He also tried to claim some sort of data protection nonsense, but I explained I didn't want any information sent to them from the other party,only information sent out on my behalf, information that I had paid for.... He had the cheek to verbal abuse me on the phone and then send me an email threatening if I didn't confirm my address by email he would consider the matter closed. I understand that Covid had an impact but I was advised in May that once they had re-opened I would be sent my C100... They reopened in August, still NO CONTACT .. ...please please don't waste your money.

This post has been edited to remove my allegations of theft, they were however extremely unorganised, uncaring and unsympathetic. And from the look of several of the recent posts things haven't improved.

Please please please stay away from this people! I had a MIAM with the mediator Louise who gave to my ex wife some false hopes about how to split assets from marriage. I strongly disagreed and finally a judge in court proved I was right!

Very unprofessional!!! Stay away !!! After I called them and went for first session of mediation I have been promised from Mediation MK ,that they are going to be in contact with my ex -partner so meeting with her would be arranged , never happened I have been waiting 1 month , before I rang Mediation MK office again to chaise them ... I faced bunch of excuses that the system don’t work and I have to wait more
I started complaining and after a few more calls to bother them , the system started working by miracle .
All the had to do is pick up theirs phone and call my ex , no system need it to speak with someone and arrange meeting .
Meeting was arranged at last , I had to wait another 2 weeks and after my ex turn up traveling 1 hour to MK Mediation office the send her back telling her the mediator is sick from a few days and they sorry and don’t known how nobody called her..
I called to ask for explanation but all I faced is “ you listen to me “ attitude !!!
Now I end up in the middle of nothing !
My money has been taken for my first mediation £180
Plus I need to look for another mediator as Mediation MK don’t answer theirs phones anymore to me
And I still waiting to see my kids
I can describe how I feel after so many days waiting for this !!!!

They were absolutely hopeless at returning my voice mails. I ended up numbering them when I rang e.g. this is the fourth time I've tried to contact you...
They participated in a child voice session with my daughter and even to this day I have never received the report for this despite asking on numerous occasions.
We were told they wouldn't see me and my ex wife because we had unresolved issues !! Duh !! This is mediation !!
Please read this review and avoid this mediator like the plague.

Send me a letter with inviting to mediation on wrong address no return address on envelope. Received letter after my case end in the court. I did try contact mediation mk but there ignore my voice message never call me back and there ignore my email with my complain. Strongly DO NOT recommend!!!!!!!!!!!

Initially believed that it would be a helpful service however after meetings soon became subject of regulatory capture I had to no longer use the service. Its a shame as I had believed that this would have been an impartial thing but what can you say, keep your expectations low and you won't be disappointed
