Today I completed my trauma informed training course, definitely took a lot away and have a different perspective on how to approach things differently with people I come across who have suffered any kind of trauma. Also it opens up a lot on how trauma affected my life, it’s help me see a differently on past behaviours as to why and what caused these. Not only will this help me in the community but also with my children and friends children. I think this should be introduced to schools for better understanding of pupils and parents, would definitely help teachers understand more. And probably improve a lot of children’s educations and help shape a better future for them. I truly believe this.
