From the perspective of buyers moving into the area, Michael Adey and his team provided an excellent service. Not only did they accommodate our requests to visit the property on several occasions, but also provided expert local knowledge, even to the point of recommending trustworthy local tradespeople. 5* plus!! Michael Adey and his team are fantastic. They are not like any other estate agents we’ve ever encountered before.
We received regular, accurate updates. We were always given advice that we felt was personal and in our best interests. The office team seem very organised and when you call they remember who you are and your circumstances without having to repeatedly explain things.
They were very empathetic, supportive and understanding with our situation and tried to help us in all ways they could.
Michael Adey was realistic but also CONFIDENT about the price he thought we could achieve for our property sale… and he wasn’t wrong!!
