After approaching our first 12 months in business we decided to look around for a better deal for our accounting needs. We only wish we had come across Middlers Accountants when we started in April 2013. We have saved a substantial amount just by switching to them. Lynsey and Andy made us feel at ease straight away. They even pointed out other options for us regarding our business that would be beneficial, that our previous accountant hadn't even mentioned.
Andy and Lynsey are fantastic accountants and not only do they help with your accounting needs they are also a fantastic source of ideas when you are trying to think of ideas that might help push your business forward. After moving our business location we were looking for new accountants and approached Middlers largely on account of their informative and enterprising website. A meeting with them confirmed our choice. The decider came when we called Lynsey on a Sunday afternoon in something of a panic, and she responded quickly and professionally in a way that calmed us down by focusing on solutions rather than problems. Since then Lynsey unearthed a major accounting problem from previous years and heroically worked round the clock to sort out the situation and guide us forward. We have also used Middlers to set up a new limited company, and her assistance has taken all the strain from us, so that we can focus on establishing the company unsound footing. Lynsey and Andy are brillliant! lynsey explained everything in easily understandable terms, she sorted all my information out really quickly, did everything for me, all I had to do was sign! I like being able to do things online which speeds up the process no end! and really appreciate being able to contact Lynsey if necessary by mobile out of hours if I have any urgent queries. As an added bonus they are a heck of alot cheaper than my previous accountant. I cannot recommend Middlers enough
