High hourly rates, fancy offices, and sharp suits don’t guarantee a service that matches the image. In my first email, I clearly stated that my case involved a state school. However, after taking all my personal information and wasting a week of my time, a partner-level lawyer at this firm informed me that they only handle cases related to independent schools. There are many better and more affordable lawyers out there. Don’t be fooled by this firm's luxurious appearance—it doesn’t reflect the quality of their service.

Unprofessional and unhelpful. I requested a quote for services on a US/UK trust matter, they asked my budget (which was around what I’ve been quoted by other major firms) and timescale and once I replied they got back to me with a two sentence email refusing to help but not actually providing any reason. This doesn’t seem like a great way to attract business and I’ll be sure to never consider them again.

I had a brief meeting with partner Ms Kamal Rahman for immigration advice and was extremely pleased with the service received. Kamal was compassionate and empathetic and dealt with our matter with the utmost integrity. Would highly recommend her services - thanks again, Kamal.

I highly recommend not using this firm. I was quoted £750 plus VAT for 2 deeds of covenant which is a quick easy job this was after 2 months of chasing the company. They then billed us £1800 including VAT which I had to pay to get the deal done. I felt blackmailed by them. They took another month the most painful part of our entire process was dealing with this company. I would never use them or recommend them it comes across unprofessional as well as over charged, miss communicated costs and the £750 plus VAT was an already inflated cost.

A great law firm known throughout the world but i have connections with Mishcon and a number of other London top Law firms due to the business i am in and happy to help and recommend people within each. Also they have a great location and office space. Always a pleasure to visit.

Wouldn’t even give one star….no integrity. Do yourself a favour and find a good firm, there are plenty out there including Charles Russell and Edwin Co. Waist of money had to take all my work elsewhere to be redone.

A stunningly designed building which plays host to one of the UK's finest legal partnerships. Across numerous teams they offer expertise in all areas of law, and during my many personal dealings with them (which have centered around Media & Reputation, Probate, Immigration and Property) I have always found the quality of service to be excellent... They also have a comfortable bar with excellent wines at the lobby level which is very useful when stressful legal matters may benefit from some additional detachment!
